Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic campaign plans, including defining objectives, strategies, and tactics.
- Lead a team of campaign coordinators, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and timelines.
- Identify target audiences and engage stakeholders to build support for our initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to monitor and measure campaign success.
- Create and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and media outlets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in campaign management, advocacy, or related roles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for social and environmental issues and a commitment to driving positive change.
