HR Coordinator

Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan. 

Work Schedule: Full-Time from Monday to Friday (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM)

 

Organization Overview: shareQ (www.shareq.org) is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched by a group of dedicated young professionals in 2012. shareQ is dedicated to innovating sustainable social projects and implementing them in collaboration with more than 30 NGOs. shareQ currently has two main departments, ProAbled (www.proabled.com) and M Social Catering (www.msocialcatering.com).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Assist with new employee (employee, interns, or volunteers) onboarding, including coordinating orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and HR policy communication.
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various operational processes across the organization.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, managing training materials, and tracking employee participation.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis, generating reports on HR metrics and trends as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, or in a recruitment company.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
  • Previous experience in NGOs or recruitment companies is a plus.
