Wahat-Al-Farah Association for special needs, invites qualified and experienced suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement for the provision of Supply and Installation of a Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System consisting of PV arrays, inverters, LFP batteries with BMS, steel structure, and auxiliary equipment in addition to the provision of training and documentation on the operation and maintenance of installed system for the facility's maintenance staff as detailed below in the financial offer form of this RFQ# PV-WAFSCL003-23

How to Apply
  1. Submission of Bid:

 

One sealed envelope should be submitted in person and not by email to the Wahat al Farah head office in Bkeftine, Koura with the inscription: RFQ#: PV-WAFSCL003-23 do not open before: 21 November, 2023 No other inscription should be included on this envelope.

 

The Envelope should include the following Documents:   

  1. This RFQ all the pages should be signed and stamped.
  2. TOR all the pages should be signed and stamped. (Bidders should refer to TOR and specifications.)
  3. All Design Drawings should be signed and stamped.
  4. Data sheet for the proposed items Signed and Stamped
  5. Financial offer form fully and accurately filled in, signed and stamped.
  6. Copy of company registration. Mandatory
  7. Copy of tax registration (Ministry of Finance).
  8. Copy of VAT registration (Ministry of Finance)
