Project coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.

Monitor project progress and ensure it aligns with established project goals.

Identify potential issues or risks and develop contingency plans.

Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and track team members' progress.

Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Review and evaluate project outcomes, providing recommendations for improvements.

Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.

Assist in the development and implementation of educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, business, project management, etc.).

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
