Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and background checks.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition.
Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records.
Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Oversee and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
Manage and maintain personnel records and databases.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
