Expert on Community Initiatives Development

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing comprehensive training modules covering various aspects of community development, including project planning, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and conflict resolution. These modules should be customized to suit the diverse backgrounds and requirements of the candidates.
2. Ensuring that the training programs incorporate a gender-sensitive approach, addressing the unique challenges faced by female candidates in the political arena. Encouraging strategies that promote inclusivity and gender equality within community initiatives.
3. Offering ongoing mentorship and support to the candidates, guiding them through the project implementation process. Providing advice, feedback, and encouragement to build their confidence and competence in managing community projects successfully.
4. Conducting Pre and Post-Training reports for MEAL purposes.

Qualifications:

• Previous training experience within similar context.
• At least 5 years of social work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and communities.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Understanding of legal and ethical guidance.
• Experience in implementing projects/initiatives in Lebanese regions.
