Marketing consultant

Summary:

MARCH NGO is seeking a skilled marketing consultant to develop and implement an effective and sustainable marketing strategy for its social initiatives, BEDCO and KANYAMAKAN. The consultant will be responsible for conducting a local market study, creating a comprehensive marketing plan, and identifying the most appropriate marketing strategies to reach target markets and clients. The goal is to ensure business continuity and expand the market to reach regions across Lebanon and overseas. The consultant will also be responsible for ensuring that the operation properly engages customers.

Description:

The marketing consultant is expected to implement marketing strategies, identify the most appropriate messages and communications, and develop these strategies through a detailed plan.
The marketing consultant is expected to deliver the following:                                                   

• Study the business profile and operations to understand its marketing needs
• Prepare a comprehensive marketing plan for BEDCO and Kanyamakan’s social initiatives.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, in alignment with the organization’s goals, covering marketing, communication, branding, and image, according to objectives and budget.
• Executing strategic tasks and monitoring outcomes.
• Organize and attend marketing events or activities to increase awareness about the organization.
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services on various social media platforms
• Compile and present information visually and in written reports.
• Provide advice on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues.
• Develop a digital marketing strategy for social media platforms, including identifying certain ‘influencers’ who can promote the products to their audiences.
• Contribute to a business sustainability plan through marketing and advertisement strategies.
• Developing and implementing internal brand management strategies.

Qualifications for individual consultants:                

• BSc/BA in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.                                                      
• 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing position.                    
• Proven experience as a marketing consultant or similar role.                           
• Strong Knowledge of data analysis and market research.               
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.                 
• High creativity in writing effective proposals and reports.                             
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.                        
• Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.                              
• Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software
