Medical HR Officer

-Ensures the completion of the documents required by the specialist physicians who apply to join the medical department and follows up the documentary cycle of their files.

-Follows up the doctors' annual performance appraisal before renewing contracts.

-Follows up on the renewal and preparation of work contracts, appointment books for doctors, and job descriptions for specialists, residents, and trainees.

-Follows up on the validity dates of the insurance policies for professional risks (Malpractice insurance) and works on renewing them according to the rules and renewing the annual subscription of the Doctors Syndicate.

-Participates in the membership of the Medical Education and Training Committee and follows up the implementation of its decisions.

- Follows up on leave and absence requests and prepares statements for doctors in coordination with the educational medical departments in the hospital.

-Notifies the Salaries and Wages Department and the General Accounting Department of appointments and adjustments that reflect the salaries of all doctors (bonuses, monthly deductions).

- Coordinating with the Faculty of Human Medicine at Beirut Arab University and the Lebanese University regarding mobile interns dispatched for training in the hospital in terms of attendance and absence, monthly evaluation, and monthly rewards.

-Provides all the needs of resident doctors and interns (clothes, cards, stamps, meals, garage....)

-Prepare the data and reports required of him.

-Follows up and prepares reports for scientific conferences in which specialist doctors participate and obtains specific credits from the Continuous Medical Education

- He carries out the tasks assigned to him by his officials within the scope of his job.
