Help Desk al Al Makassed Hospital

  • Handle employees’ problems either face to face or over the phone.
  • Resolve all hardware and software problems.
  • Perform hardware and software maintenance.
  • Log support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries.
  • Monitor system alerts and report to head of department.
  • Provide pro-actively information to users on the progress of outstanding support calls.
  • Deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment's.
  • Provide, always, a professional, courteous, and rapid response to all employees.
  • Perform additional related duties as requested by Head of Department .
