  • Develop and review a WBL/ CBT VT curriculum.
  • Prepare and implement a TOT for the technical trainers to introduce the curricula tools.
  • Introduce the WBL\CBT approach to stockholders, employers
  • Prepare and implement introductory meetings for assessors, private sectors, employers, staff, and trainers including facilitation of focus groups.
