- Grant Proposal Development:

- Develop and write clear, persuasive, and well-organized grant proposals that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Customize proposals to meet the specific requirements and preferences of different funding sources.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with program managers and other team members to gather information and insights for proposal development.
- Communicate effectively with donors to clarify proposal requirements and address inquiries.
- Grant Management:
- Monitor and track proposal submissions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to funders.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of grant opportunities, submissions, and outcomes.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to funders as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or social sciences).
- Proven experience in grant writing for nonprofit organizations at least 5 years
- Strong research skills to identify and assess potential funding opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with the social sector
