1. Objective

The main objective of AFDAL III project is to improve the resilience of individuals, households, communities, and systems in the face of economic and climatic shocks and stressors affecting the food security, nutrition, and well-being of Lebanese and displaced women and men in vulnerable areas.

2. Technical Specifications

A-Industrial apple juicer (1 pc)

• Capacity from 0.1 ton to 1ton
• Required quantity as juice 300 kg/hour
• Stainless steel

B- Industrial cheese grater (with slicing option)

•  Capacity from 0.5 kg to 3 kg
• Required to slice Mozzarella and Accawi cheese
• Stainless steel

C- Industrial fridge

• Inverter
• 2 glass doors (not sliding)
• 1.50 m * 2 m

3. Requirements & conditions

The service provider is required to deliver all items to Kfarhelda, Akkar El Aatiqa, and Aidamoun along with workers/helpers available to assist with loading and unloading products, as and whenever needed.

4. Company qualification

The company must have the following valid legal documents:

• Commercial Circular
• Fiscal Certificate of Incorporation at the Ministry of Finance
• VAT Certificate of Registration  if applicable
• ID of company’s authorized representative(s)

5. Evaluation

• The quotation’s evaluation process will consider following with assigned weights:
• Financial ......................................... 50%
• Technical ........................................ 40%
• Reputation & Reference Check ...... 10%

6. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made only through bank transfer or bank cheques
• The price will be paid in USD while the VAT will be paid in LBP based on the official exchange rate on the date of the invoice.
• Payment will be made within 15 business days of invoice receipt.
