The primary objective of the Digital Skills Trainer is to empower women in agricultural CoOp in Akkar Atika by providing six tailored Digital skills sessions. The purpose is to equip participants with essential digital skills, empowering them to excel in the realms of social media marketing and computer literacy.

key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive training modules for "Using and Developing Social Media in Marketing" encompassing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Develop computer courses covering essential skills such as basic computer literacy, software applications, and digital tools.
• Facilitate engaging and hands-on training sessions, ensuring participants gain practical experience in leveraging social media for marketing and enhancing computer skills.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Guide participants in applying social media marketing strategies to real-world scenarios, emphasizing practical exercises and case studies.
• Provide hands-on computer training to enhance participants' proficiency in various software applications.
• Conduct pre and post assessment to measure the impact on participants' knowledge and skills.
