Financial Literacy Trainer

The primary objective of the Financial Literacy Trainer is to empower women in agricultural CoOp in Akkar Atika by providing Three tailored Financial Literacy sessions. The purpose is to develop a deep understanding of financial statements, effective cost management, revenue increase strategies, financial risk management, and strategies for financing the CoOp.

key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules covering fundamental accounting principles and financial management.
• Ensure participants acquire practical skills for managing financial transactions and record-keeping.
• Conduct training sessions on interpreting and analyzing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement).
• Facilitate discussions to enhance participants' ability to make informed financial decisions based on these statements.
• Provide comprehensive training on effective cost management techniques.
• Develop and deliver strategies for increasing revenue, considering the unique context of the cooperative.
• Educate participants on identifying and managing financial risks.
• Guide the CoOp in implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard financial stability.
• Explore innovative and sustainable financing options that empower women members.
• Conduct pre and post assessment to measure the impact on participants' knowledge and skills
