The primary objective of the Innovative Packaging Trainer is to empower women in agricultural CoOp in Akkar Atika by providing three tailored Innovative Packaging sessions. The purpose is to enhance the skills and knowledge of our packaging team to embrace innovative practices in product packaging. The goal is to ensure our products stand out in the market through creative and sustainable packaging solutions.

key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on innovative packaging techniques and practices.
• Incorporate the latest trends and sustainable packaging approaches into the training curriculum.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to empower the packaging team with practical skills.
• Provide demonstrations and workshops on new packaging materials, designs, and technologies.
• Explore and introduce novel packaging materials, considering environmental sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Guide the team in experimenting with various textures, colors, and shapes to create unique packaging identities.
• Foster collaboration between the packaging team, design team, and other relevant departments to ensure a holistic approach to packaging innovation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to convey the importance of innovative packaging in product differentiation.
• Establish and reinforce quality control measures for innovative packaging solutions.
