Position: Finance and Admin Officer

Project: Strengthening and Empowering Persons with Disabilities and Vulnerable Groups through C4W Project

Job Description: As the Finance and Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Financial Management:
  • Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work with budget lines and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of financial documents, including Transaction Lists.
  • Prepare and generate monthly financial reports.

 

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the project.
  • Utilize your experience with NGOs to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Handle fund requests and monitor fund utilization.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

Previous experience working with NGOs is essential.

  • Financial Expertise:

Proficiency in managing budget lines and understanding associated rules.

Knowledge of Transaction Lists and financial reporting.

  • Reporting:

Ability to prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports.

  • Fund Management:

Experience in handling fund requests and ensuring proper fund utilization.

  • Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
