Souk El Tayeb is looking for Tawlet & Beit Ammiq Chef, SET a social enterprise working on projects to preserve culinary traditions, and rural heritage and promote community development through People empowerment, respect, ownership, and passion for excellence.
Location: Ammiq, West Bekaa
Responsibilities:
- Organize food production & kitchen staff tasks
- Develop menus and recipes
- Follow up closely on kitchen team performance and efficiency
- Set orders
- Monitor food waste
- Ensure food quality control by regular tasting and spot checks
- Monitor adequate storage of received raw material
- Perform spot checks on fridges and stocks
- Report regularly
Qualifications:
- University Degree or TS in Culinary arts, food engineering preferably
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in kitchen management
- Computer literate (excel, word)
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Interpersonal skills
- Leadership & Supervision
- Problem solver
