Experience in conducting analysis of legislations and their implementation;

Experience in conducting focus group discussions (FGDs) and key informant interviews (KIIs);

Experience in developing questionnaires or surveys, in conducting interviews and collecting relevant data, and in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data (ranging from sampling, development of instruments to programs management such as STATA for data analysis);

Experience on gender and/or IDP related issues, especially related to female including IDP’s economic opportunities;

Good understanding of municipalities governance structure in Iraq;

Advanced skills in developing guideline documents, presentations and summary reports;

Experience with developing curricula and training modules as well as conducting trainings;

Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic, Kurdish and English
