Objective of the Role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Outreach Volunteer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with established data entry procedures.
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
• Conduct outreach activities to engage with the community and beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement outreach strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to outreach activities.
• Compile reports on outreach efforts and data entry activities for analysis.

Competencies and Skills:

• Proven experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in outreach or community engagement is a plus.
• Proficient in relevant software applications for data entry.
• Passion for community engagement and outreach.
