The Education Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the project in coordination.
- Work closely with partners, and technical focal points to ensure support, capacity building, and training development for staff.
- Maintain coordination and communication between the Project Manager and partner staff for ensuring the quality of processes and outputs.
- Ensure field supervision of the project operations in order to ensure the project is implemented in line with planned activities and expected outcomes.
- Collect, update and share information related to project progress with Project Manager.
- Ensure the timeliness and quality of the outputs as well as timely preparation of reports on achievements and challenges faced within the project;
- Maintain regular communication and visits for project sites to ensure that the project achieves the goal.
- Ensure timely submission of work plans and budget forecasts to Project Manager and Head of Programs.
- Follow up on financial liquidation/settlement/ reports according to NABAD’s procedures and submit spending reports for review and approvals.
- Ensure that all NABAD and key donor compliance rules and regulations are adhered
- Attend working groups and task force meetings on national/ local levels as required.
- Draft and input into weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for both internal and external purposes.
