Your expertise in this field is crucial to ensuring the success & efficiency of our project .
Scope of Work:
1-Cost Control:
- 1.Develop and implement cost control strategies for project expenses.
- 2.Conduct regular cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- 3.Collaborate with project teams to establish realistic budgetary expectations.
- 4.System build -up /database
- 5-Standing Receipe & yield
- 6-Inventory control & evaluation
- 7-Calculating inventory & variances
- 8-Procedures for kitchen production
- 9-Establishing work flow control cycle.
- 10-Area of Analysis : kitchen/Production & stock
2.Purchasing consultancy/procurement:
a.Create and manage the procurement plan for all project-related materials and services.
b.Source , gathering & evaluate offers presented by suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
c.Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and oversee the procurement process.
3.Risk Management:
a.Identify potential risks related to cost control and procurement.
4.Reporting:Generate regular reports on cost performance and procurement activities.
