Job title: Senior Designer & Communication Coordinator
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.
Work schedules: Full-time from Monday to Friday (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visually compelling materials across various platforms, including online courses, print and digital media
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and video editors, guiding them in producing high-quality design work
- Social media accounts management: content creation, posts designing, monitoring, scheduling and posting
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet the highest standards
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field. Masters is a plus
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the design field
- Experience in mentoring and leading a design team
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic, and English (French is a plus)
- 2D Animation is a plus
