The ILO is inviting qualified non-governmental organizations/local entities having relevant experience in delivering similar services as mentioned in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) to submit technical and financial proposals. The applicant must submit the Technical and Financial Proposals in separate PDF files mentioning “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” along with supporting documents requested (in manageable size – zip files). The email subject should mention: (name of organization - “Ref.: ILO OJT Damour”)
