Centers Rental - Akkar, Lebanon

The René Moawad Foundation has a zero tolerance to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse of beneficiaries.  Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) is everyone’s responsibility and all staff are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct, that enshrines principles of PSEA, always (both during work hours and outside work hours). Tender for Center Rentals and Running Costs in Akkar Area

Job Summary:

We are seeking proposals for the rental of centers and associated running costs in the Akkar area, specifically in Bebnin, Menyara, Halba, and Sahel, for a duration of 6 to 9 months, from mid-January 2024 to November 2024.

Requirements for each center as follows:

• Capacity: At least 11 classrooms and 4 restrooms
• Seating: Organized in groups of 17 seated children and one desk for the Educator/Facilitator
• White board per classroom
• Ventilation System (AC/Heater)
• Electricity/Generator
• At least one restroom and 2 classrooms accessible for Personal with Special Needs.

Application Process:

• Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined. The deadline for submissions is January 24th 2024.
• The applicant should provide a copy of the lease of the Center and a copy of the ID of the owner.

Duration:

The project will span 8 months, starting on January 15, 2024, and ending on Nov 30, 2024.

Payment terms

The payment will be done on monthly bases.

If the above information, especially (the financial number) is not included, RMF shall deduct the due tax (7.5%) in accordance with the provisions of Articles 41 and 42 of the Income Tax Law.
