Outreach Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with local communities, creative networks, and relevant organizations.
  • Conduct outreach activities to promote awareness of the Creative Skills Training
  1. Needs Assessment:
  • Identify potential beneficiaries and assess their specific training needs and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with community leaders and stakeholders to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the target demographic.
  1. Recruitment and Enrollment:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract eligible participants.
  • Coordinate enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth transition for beneficiaries into the training program.
  1. Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, participant demographics, and program impact.
  • Prepare regular reports on outreach progress and effectiveness
  1. Partnership Development:
  • Establish partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and industry professionals to enhance training opportunities and employment prospects for beneficiaries.
