Children Healthcare Package Project Officer

Key Responsibilities:

the position is to provide the community in Baalbeck and the surroundings with information and follow-ups for the children health care package project in the area

Monitor the health and insurance product performance

  • Continuously provide insights into ways which efficiencies needed within the business process can be made
  • Regularly engage with Commercial Insurance and Medics at the Center
  • Monitor the product performance as per defined project KPI
  • Ensure good quality education and monitoring is taking place with the beneficiaries
  • Develop training material for staff/ community/beneficiaries training;
  • Develop and guide the project team on project tools and activities;
  • Train for monitoring the product knowledge and performance among beneficiaries;
  • Provide health education to the community with beneficiaries’ participation
  • Follow up on health referrals to Primary Health Centers (PHC)
  • Support in claims submission and follow up with the insurance provider whenever an injury occurs.
  • Lead the info sessions’ days with Medics at the Center together with the community and the project’s team
  • Lead a team of casual workers to support in the above mentioned activities.
  • Work with partners to further mobilize the communities and deliver the messaging needed

Project reports

  • Data analysis of enrolment and claims and prepare monthly report 
  • Report on social performance improvements through insurance benefits
  • Support communication team, prepare beneficiaries stories for feeding into VFI webpages
  • Work regularly with the MEAL unit for project progress reporting and requirements

Evaluation

  • Conduct the evaluation of the product and be pro-active in any improvement related to the product development and enhancement
  • Achieve set targets

Perform other duties as required

  • Attend and participate in WVL’s spiritual nurture and other organizational events
  • Responsible of own security and actively contribute to a positive security culture
  • Report CP incidents as per the safeguarding policy guidelines.
  • Abide by the security policies and procedures and report any incidents or breaches to line manager and / or security manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager

Minimum requirements:

  • As least 2-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Good written English, with good command with spoken Arabic and English
  • Strong administrative skills including attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point )
  • Lebanese Driving license
