SAWA for Development and Aid is launching a project for a period of 3 months starting the 15th of January 2024. The project aims to issue legal documents for the refugees in Lebanon, especially in the Bekaa area. SAWA, the implementation partner, is looking to hire one (1) lawyer/firm/law office/ Mukhtar/ Paralegal ... etc to provide the requested legal services.
The lawyers/firms/law offices will be responsible for working on issuing birth, death, marriage and divorce certificates with the assistance from the SAWA legal team.
SAWA Legal team will provide the service provider with the cases, while the service provider needs to finalize and follow up with the procedures needed

lawyers/firms/law offices are responsible to follow-up with the outreach officers on a daily bases and report to SAWA with a weekly case-by-case assessment report.
SAWA will take into cosideration while assessing the quotes the cost, experience with working in similar fields and the location of the service provider
