Peace of Art is launching a Tender for Car Rental

Tender Number: POA/T024-001
Peace of Art invites service suppliers to submit proposals for the following specifications:

Specifications:

- White 4x4

- 4 Cylindres

- Preferably: Renault Duster, Kia, or Hyundai...

Rent Duration: 10 Months, payment every 6 months in advance

The offer should clearly specify that the offered prices in USD, including:

- Value Added Tax ( VAT)

- Warranty from the vendor

- All risk insurance (Passengers and Compulsory)

- 24/7 Insurance coverage

- Regular car maintenance

- Car replacement in case of accident or break down (Within a short time interval)

- Payment schedule

- Zero franchise

- Car must not be detected in any way

- Driver's age 22 and above

Note: Number of drivers should not be limited.

Delivery:

Within 2 days from the signature of the contract.

Selected suppliers will be notified with the results within 15 days after the deadline of submission.

Any submission beyond the deadline will not be taken into consideration.

Contracted Supplier will be chosen based on the most competitive price aligning with the specifications requested by the call. Payment will be in cash as fresh money (USD), in 5 month phases.

Suppliers are required to submit:

- Commercial invoice

- Certificate of Registration issued by the Lebanese  Ministry of Finance

- Commercial Certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce

- Official Letter from the company
