Body Language & Communications, Drama, Storytelling & Presentation Trainer

Peace of Art is looking for a Body Language & Communications, Drama, Storytelling & Presentation Trainer residing around Ain, Baalbek-Hermel who is to be present in person at Peace of Art’s Office.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a well-structured training plan relevant to the topic.
• Develop training materials tailored for youth aged between 14 and 29 years old, including printables, and PowerPoint Presentations.
• Conduct training sessions, guiding participants on the methods and concepts related to the topic.
• Create a pre-training questionnaire to assess participants' knowledge of the topic.
• Implement new interactive post-training methods to evaluate participants' understanding.
• Generate a comprehensive report at the end of the program, summarizing training outcomes and discussing results from pre- and post-training assessments to be submitted to your supervisor.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to enhance participant retention of information.
• Instruct young individuals on effective public speaking, articulation, drama and improvement of body language.
• Develop presentations focusing on various speaking skills for participants.
• Teach techniques to enhance tone, speech delivery, and gestures.
• Possess a strong understanding of storytelling techniques and drama, with experience in facilitating sessions on these topics.
• Utilize an interactive facilitation approach employing peer-to-peer learning techniques and real-life case studies.

Qualifications:

• Certifications and experience in media and information work, or a related major
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
• Tracked record and over 3 years of training experience in this field.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Conflict Sensitivity Training is an asset.
• Experience in conducting training.
• Excellent social and personal relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in technical English words.
• Experience in facilitating similar workshops for young people.
• Knowledge of Education and Child Protection standards.
