Assisting in identifying and reviewing project needs for the assigned activities and related allocated budget with the Education Programme focal points.

Support the Education Programme team in implementing ICT4E strategy, and its three main components connectivity, capacity building for teachers (pedagogical use of digital devices) and Digital Teaching Learning Materials (DTLM), as per the ICT4E Implementation plan.

Coordinating the financial and administrative aspects of the project on field level, in close collaboration with the relevant Education Programme staff to ensure compliance and completion of targets.

Coordinating with the relevant departments and offices on the procurement of needed equipment and services on field level. This includes drafting ToRs and specifications, coordinating the purchase requisition and monitoring progress.

Monitoring and controlling operational and financial expenditure of the project in the field in coordination with relevant staff and departments

Monthly reporting on the progress of the project activities (operational and financial.

Maintaining proper documentation and sharing of information as per the practices adopted by the project team.

Reporting to the relevant Education team members any delays or problems hindering the implementation of the project.

Performing other relevant duties as may be assigned.
