Restart Center for Rehabilitation of Victims of Violence and Torture invites qualified Vendors to make a firm offer for the establishment of BACK UP Frame Agreement(s) for, RADIOLOGY AND IMAGING SERVICES in Tripoli North Lebanon as listed in Annex A which sets out the exact technical requirements. 

Restart Center may award BACK UP Frame Agreement(s) with initial duration of 1 year, potentially extendable for 2-year period subject to the satisfactory vendor’s performance and availability of funds.
