Accreditation Officer

  • Log customer claims and follow up on customer surveys/claims.
  • Follow Up on the corrective and preventive actions taken and study their effectiveness with the concerned department.
  • Follow Up on Quality Indicators report, log the actions taken and the implementation of these actions.
  • Keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance standards such as PHC (Primary Health Care) accreditation standards.
  • Compile and prepare materials for submission to regulatory agencies such as the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH)
  • Review policies and procedures set by the Health Care Bureau and that are related to:
  • Infection prevention
  • Patient satisfaction
  • Occupational health
  • Dealing with hazardous wastes
  • Medical equipment
  • Ensure compliance of health care centers and dispensaries with the set protocols, policies, and procedures
  • Visit health centers in Beirut and villages to follow up on the proper implementation of developed protocols.
  • Communicate any critical compliance risks noted to Head of Department
  • Coordinate with relevant entities in the hospital for issuing policies and procedures and coordinate with HR Department needed training activities. 
  • Organize the dates and topics of relevant training events in health centers and dispensaries under the Health Care Bureau.
  • Prepare and distribute health education materials, such as reports, bulletins, and visual aids to concerned stakeholders where needed and in coordination with the Marketing and Communication Department at the Hospital
  • Participate in developing the Health Care Bureau Strategic Action Plan 
  • Prepare monthly report to Head of Department on work progress.
  • Adhere to section’s pre-set budget.
