- Oversee the day-to-day agricultural operations, horticulture nurseries production, agrifood production, ensuring best practices are applied.
- Monitor day to day seedlings development, food processing, and implement management strategies to maximize quality.
- Coordinate with other technical staff to ensure seamless production processes.
- Collect, analyze, and manage data related to production performance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of AHC production activities and ensure timely data entry into the center's management systems (SAP, Phenics…) for the production and programs.
- Maintain the data management protocol to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of the data.
- Conduct regular audits of data and records to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to trial new techniques, documenting results and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on production, inventory, Programs.
- Collaborate with the center manager and/or area coordinator to ensure efficient handling of production, inventory, and data management.
- Stay updated on nurseries and food production trends, and technologies.
- Applies and follows code of ethics, values, mission, and vision of Order of Malta – Lebanon
- Performs other related duties assigned by Program Manager
