Distribution of agricultural tools and equipment for medium-scale farmers - ITB-BMZ2024TRI55

Mada Association, referred to as the Contracting Authority (CA), invites qualified and eligible vendors, to make a firm offer for the distribution of agricultural tools and equipment for medium-scale farmers located in Hrar, Qabaait, Ain El Dahab, Borj El Arab, Mohammara, Bhanine, Minieh, Btermaz, Es Sfireh, and within the context of micro infrastructure projects - Ref: ITB-BMZ2024TRI55 within the framework of the BMZ-funded project “Strengthen resilience of refugees from Syria and their host communities to current and future challenges and risks related to socio-economic crises in Lebanon” ’, implemented by Mada Association in partnership with arche noVa.

Tender issuing date: 31 January 2024

The closing date for submission of offers is 16 February 2024 at 4:00 pm Beirut time as per instructions in the tender documents.

Companies interested in applying must adhere to the below instructions.

  1. Only registered companies can apply to this bid
  2. Registered companies interested in applying should send an Expression of Interest to procurement@mada.org.lb to receive the application documents before 12 February 2024.

                      12 شباط 2024  لتلقي وثائق التقد  

All applications will have to follow the rules detailed in the ITB document, and submit offers by hand in a sealed envelope, signed, or stamped at Mada Association - North Lebanon, Tripoli, Dam and Farez, AL Wafaa center 4th floor, next to AL Wafaa Mosque, before February 16, 2024, at 16:00.

In case of any missing document and non-compliance to the application rules of the ITB, the application will directly be considered as excluded.

يجب تقديم العرض في ظرف مغلق بإحكام  ويجب إمهار الظرف أو توقيعهثم ثم تسليمها باليد إلى العنوان التاليجمعية مدى - شمال لبنان ، طرابلس ، الضم والفرز ، بناية الوفاء ، الطابق الرابع ، بجوار مسجد الوفاء ،وذلك قبل 16 شباط 2024 الساعة 16:00

في حالة وجود أي مستند مفقود وعدم الامتثال لقواعد التقديم الخاصة بـ ITB، سيتم اعتبار الطلب مستبعدًا مباشرةً.
