Customer relations specialist

Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our products or services.

3. Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.

5. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

1. (2-3 years) work experience.

2.Excellent communication skills

3. Bachelor's degree 

Schedule:
Monday till friday: from 11am till 7pm
Sat: half day
