LOST is seeking to recruit an Inclusion Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Guide students towards inclusive learning
- Train teachers on inclusion practices
- Refer students to inclusion centers
- Supervise the inclusion process in all centers
- Adjust activities to meet inclusion criteria
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the inclusion process and the status of the students
- Attend the required meetings and workshops
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Specialization in Inclusion), Psychology, Sociology, or any other related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in the education field in general and inclusion practices in particular.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members.
- Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity.
- Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.

Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) is everyone’s responsibility and all staff are required to adhere to the code of conduct, that enshrines the principles of PSEA, always (Both during work hours and outside work hours). Familiarization with, and adherence to, the code of conduct is an essential requirement of all staff, in addition to related mandatory training. All staff must ensure that they understand and act in accordance with this clause.
