Trainer

 

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Design and provide three training sessions for trainers on the topic of good use of water in homes
  • Research and incorporate best practices for conserving water in domestic.
  • Design interactive activities and presentations to engage participants and reinforce key concepts.
  • Facilitate discussions to address questions, concerns, and real-world applications related to water usage.
  • Provide practical tips and resources for implementing water-saving techniques in everyday life.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the training content meets the needs of the target audience.
  • Monitor participant progress and adjust the training approach as needed to maximize learning outcomes

    2. Qualifications:
  • Ability to design and deliver training sessions for trainers
  • The ability to design content about the optimal use of water in homes. The content must be easy to understand, short, and suitable for use in community awareness sessions.
  • At least five years of experience in the field of training.
  • Previous experience in training trainers, and training education teachers, is a plus.
  • Experience working with non-governmental organizations.
  • Experience in creating training content.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility, and Ability to adapt content to different learning styles and audience demographics.
  • Passion for promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, education, or related field (preferred).
  • Certification or coursework in training facilitation is a plus.
