- Conduct community outreach activities to identify and assess potential beneficiaries for Multi-purpose Cash Assistance and other services in Emergency context.
- Plan the distribution kits/materials as per contextual circumstances and as per donor requirements
- Raise awareness about the project within the local community and ensure clear communication of project goals and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiary information, including demographics and specific needs.
- Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, and project partners to facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Coordinate the efficient distribution of food parcels and other kits to eligible beneficiaries, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Address challenges and concerns raised by beneficiaries, ensuring a responsive and client-centered approach.
- Work collaboratively with team members, attend regular meetings, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
- Utilize basic computer applications for data recording, reporting, and project management.
- Monitor and evaluate outreach activities, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Uphold ethical standards and promote positive relationships with the community.
- Perform other essential duties as deemed necessary by the line manager
Reporting
- Ensure proper documentation of all Means of Verifications
- Conduct data entry and provide reports on a daily basis about implemented activities.
Logistics & other operational departments
- Keep track of kits and goods under project and liaise with stock keeper on goods delivery and or out of stock requests
Respond to incoming referrals related to Emergency under area of intervention
