The ideal will candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Teaching or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Teacher, with a focus on Elementary Education.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students.

- A passion for teaching and developing young minds

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Proficient in classroom management and techniques, teaching methodologies and educational technology

- Strong desire to continue learning and growing as an educator, and commitment to ongoing professional development
