RFQ for the establishment of a contract for the provision Retreat Facilitator services for Lebanon country office as per attached TOR.

Purpose of the RFQ is to invite quotations for provision of Retreat Facilitator Services for Lebanon country office to establish a contract for a duration of one year (Renewable)

1.3 Forecast Schedule

The schedule of the contractual process is as follows:

a)  Closing date and time for submission of full bid: 12:00h, 07 March 2024.

b)  Estimated date of Signature of contract: 31 March 2024.

1.5 RFQ Response Format 

Offers must be received not later than 12:00h, 07 March 2024 and should be submitted in ENGLISH to abasma@unicef.org copied sselwan@unicef.org.

Subject line of the email must indicate: RFQ number and name of your company

Offers received in any other manner will be invalidated.

Offers sent to different email address or in a different form than prescribed in this RFQ, or which do not respect the required confidentiality, or received after the designated time and date, will be rejected. Any delays encountered in the delivery of envelopes will be at the risk of the bidder.
