Graphic designer and printing center

1. Objective

The global objective of the project is to provide a long-term response to the crisis for food producers in the Bekaa region in order to maintain their production while enhancing the resilience of vulnerable communities, stimulate the local economic growth and promote Bekaa’s culinary heritage

FTL is looking for a graphic designer and printing center to provide label design and printing for Honey bees located in Kaa Al Rim to upgrade their facilities/products and attract more tourists. 

2. Technical Specifications

• Items Description: Labelling and printing
  • Quantity: 1 label design + printing 1000 labels for a Glass jar of 509
  • Specifications:  labels design and printing.

3. Requirements & conditions

The service provider is required to Graphic Design:

• Coordinate with the Honey Bees located at Kaa Al Rim to understand their brand vision, target audience, and desired label aesthetics.
• Develop creative and eye-catching label designs that showcase Honey Bees' products and brand identity.
• Provide at least two rounds of revisions based on feedback from the Honey Bees.

Deliver final label designs in high-resolution format suitable for printing.

• Print 1000 labels for Honey Bees' glass jars (509 ml size).
• Utilize high-quality materials and printing methods to ensure label durability and visual appeal.

Company qualification

The company must have the following valid legal documents:

• Commercial Circular
• Fiscal Certificate of Incorporation at the Ministry of Finance
• VAT Certificate of Registration if applicable
• ID of company’s authorized representative(s)

4. Evaluation

• The quotation’s evaluation process will consider following with assigned weights:
• Financial ......................................... 50%

• Reputation & Reference Check ...... 10%

5. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made only through bank transfer or bank cheques
• The price will be paid in USD while the VAT will be paid in LBP based on the official exchange rate on the date of the invoice.
• Payment will be made within 15 business days of invoice receipt.
