Steam distillatory machine: Electrically heated distillation unit and All parts made of stainless steel SS316L.

Consists of:

• Insulated tank with a capacity of 70-100 liters for steam production via the electrical heater.
• Equipped with a digital temperature controller.
• Steam tank equipped with a safety pressure relief valve and a fume jacket for use with a gas burner.
• Steam tank connected to the distillatory on top via a ball valve and from the bottom via a diffuser.
• Line equipped with a visual mechanical temperature and pressure gauge.
• Distillatory capacity of 200 liters with a removable conical dome.
• Distiller equipped with a fume jacket under the bottom for use with a gas burner.
• Basket to fit inside the distiller over the steam diffuser.
• Steam diffuser at the bottom of the distiller with suitable perforations for steam pressure and dispersion.
• Tubular heat exchanger installed at the distiller outlet with inlet and outlet for cooling water from a water resource. Visual mechanical temperature gauge on the shell and the tube. Oil separator capacity of 5 liters with manual or automatic controlling valves connected to the condensate outlet using SS unions.
