We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Midwife to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead group sessions on parenting and birth preparation. The role focuses on educating and supporting pregnant women to ensure a safe and positive childbirth experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct group training and awareness sessions on parenting and birth preparation.
Educate expectant parents about labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care.
Offer guidance on topics such as breastfeeding, infant sleep patterns, and coping with the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum.
Develop and implement educational materials and programs tailored to the needs of the group.
Monitor the health of mothers and babies, providing necessary interventions and referrals.
Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
