Balloon Decoration Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on balloon decoration tailored to a Women audience.
• Demonstrate various techniques such as balloon twisting, sculpting, and creating balloon arches and centerpieces.
• Prepare training materials and kits for each session.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support during practical sessions.
• Assess and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in balloon decoration.
• Manage inventory of materials needed for training purposes.
• Organize and coordinate training schedules and venue arrangements.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
