JOB SUMMARY
The Psychologist will play a pivotal role in training, supervising and supporting Outreach Volunteers (OVs) in delivering community-based Psychosocial Support Services (PSS) within their respective communities. This position will operate under the UNHCR project in close coordination with relevant stakeholders. The Psychologist will undertake various activities and responsibilities to ensure effective implementation of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) interventions.

•Contribute to the selection of OVs based on predefined criteria.
•Conduct individual assessments of OVs to ascertain capacities, skills, and mental well-being.
