Tasks and duties
- Coordinate and collaborate with the center manager, program's management, and relevant departments to ensure smooth training operations, including scheduling, paperwork, and overall coordination.
- Manage and oversee the documentation and logistics required for training sessions in collaboration with the administrative officer and center manager.
- Supervise and guide the monitoring and evaluation team to ensure trainers' completion of evaluations and necessary paperwork, in alignment with the program's department and central monitoring and evaluation team.
- Collaborate with the media team to meet the media requirements of training courses, ensuring proper coverage and communication, under the guidance of the center director and program's management.
- Oversee student registration processes, maintain accurate records, and monitor the progress of activities in close coordination with the center manager, trainers, and program's management.
- Ensure the preparation and availability of training materials for classes and related activities, coordinating with the center's administration, trainers, and program's management.
- Monitor attendance schedules and maintain complete and accurate training-related documentation, ensuring timely completion of all required paperwork.
- Foster effective coordination and collaboration with facilitators and trainers to ensure the success and quality of training activities.
- Provide technical support for the center's IT needs and address any technical issues that may arise.
- Assist the center's management in various tasks related to training follow-up and related activities.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and reports, and share them promptly with the head office.
- Prepare comprehensive reports with clear explanations derived from charts and data, ensuring appropriate dissemination to relevant stakeholders.
- Actively participate in field needs assessments and contribute to generating project ideas.
- Execute additional duties assigned by the center's management and the program's management in accordance with their experience and job position.
Qualifications
- Understanding of the fundamental principles of safeguarding and working with adolescents and youth.
- Previous experience in training work and demonstrated familiarity with youth centers.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and adeptness in internet navigation.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to conduct individual meetings, case studies, and facilitate focus group sessions.
- Experience in charitable work and involvement in organizations dedicated to social impact.
- Excellent team spirit, with the ability to collaborate effectively and foster teamwork.
- Awareness and dedication to upholding humanitarian standards.
