Programs Manager

Strategic Planning

  1. Develop Operational Plans:
    • Develop the strategy of the operations department in line with the overall vision of Mouvement Social.
    • Monitor the proper implementation of the operations department strategy.
    • Maintain and update the operations department strategy.
    • Set clear objectives and performance indicators for various projects and initiatives.
  2. Resource Allocation:
    • Efficiently allocate resources to meet programs goals and needs.
    • Ensure efficient use of resources to improve impact of the operation and programs.
  3. Business Development:
    • Ensure and oversee the development and implementation of all Business Development Activities including drafting and presentation of proposal.

Program Management

  1. Project Oversight:
    • Initiate the coordination with donors on all proposal and projects with respect to documentation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and compliance.
    • Monitor the coordination with donors.
    • Act as focal point for the coordinators from one side and the donors from another side.
    • Monitor and supervise ongoing projects to ensure they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
    • Provide support and guidance to project managers and teams.
  2. Quality Assurance:
    • Define and implement the programs’ priorities in terms of compliance to the rules and regulations.
    • Oversee the MEAL strategy and tools
    • Act as a coach for the MEAL manager.
    • Make sure that all MS policies and procedures are being adopted and implemented.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of project delivery.
    • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of programs and projects.

Human Resources Management

  1. Staff Supervision:
    • Lead, mentor, and supervise the operations & different projects team.
    • Close coordination with all MS departments staff.
    • Close coordination with all MS head of centers.

Reporting and Documentation

  1. Progress Reports:
    • Prepare regular reports on operational progress and project progress mentioning the financial status.
    • Ensure transparency and accountability in all reporting activities.
  2. Data Management:
    • Oversee the collection, analysis, and management of data related to operations and projects.
    • Use data insights to inform the management and improve change management process.
    • Ensure proper documentation, filing and compliance.
