Community Field support (KIOSK Focal Point ) - AL QAA - Bekaa Area

Support refugees in the use of the Kiosk, a device through which the user can be able to remotely access and update her/his information

Facilitate orientation session at CDC level

Promote the use of the device within the communities

Be the responsible person for the kiosk troubleshooting

Conduct feedback sessions with refugees using the kiosk

Supervise the crowd management

Availability to participate in meetings and trainings in/out of the centers;

Pledge to work with the refugees with respect and dignity and act responsibly, in line with all of protection principles with a special focus on DO NO HARM principle;

Behave properly and positively with refugees and respect the norms of International law; 

Treat refugees equally without discrimination in accordance with the principles and standards of NABAD (Act according to the CPIE Minimum standards);

Support NABAD and Partner field staff in Ad-hoc activity (if requested by Project or protection manager) if required;

Work comfortably with diversity/all target groups;

Facilitate and encourage the participation of the Refugee community, notably the most vulnerable, ensuring proper attention is paid to any specific emotional and physical needs / difficulties.

Abide to the code of conduct (Act according to the guiding principles of S/GBV and Child Protection case management including: survivor centered approach, respect of confidentiality, prioritize according to safety concerns, ensure a non-discriminatory approach.

Act according to the best interest of the beneficiary, ensure accountability, respect professional boundaries and avoid conflict of interest); 

Ensure ability to work inside and outside the CDCs (mobilization and outreach work);

Ensure ability to deliver activities with different working modalities (in person, remotely/virtually or hybrid) when required; 

Work closely with the Protection officer and Senior Social Worker to establish schedule of activities, and be available to support with reporting (daily narrative, pre/post report, daily reporting, etc…);

Ensure providing a positive image of NABAD and Partner while communicating with external actors

Maintain the safety and good care of NABAD and Partner assets;

Accomplish any other assignments given by supervisors.
