- Design and implement protection activities.
- Establish a positive and mutually supportive professional working relationship with partners
- Support in all reporting requirements when needed.
- Ensure the implementation of the internal and national SOPs and guidelines
- Provide guidance and technical capacity through training staff to ensure that they implement best-practices and international standards
- Ensure confidentiality of information and that data protection and information-sharing protocols are respected
- Monitor project’s implementation and gather data on protection-related concerns
- Propose improvements of the Protection Tools if needed
- Respond directly to protection needs and provide immediate support when needed.
- Conduct regular field monitoring and collaboration with staff
- Develop an up-to-date referral system to receive and respond to cases in field locations
