Kitchen Trainer

Job Description:
The Kitchen Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive culinary training sessions to young men and women in Beb El Tebbeneh and Jabal Mohsen, focusing on baking, cake decoration, pastry making, and fundamental cooking techniques. The trainer should adopt a student-centered approach, catering to the specific needs and skill levels of the participants.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that cover baking, cake decoration, pastry making, and basic cooking skills.
• Conduct weekly evaluations to track participants' progress and engagement.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on participant performance and training outcomes.
• Utilize a systematic curriculum to ensure comprehensive learning outcomes.
• Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment that encourages skill development and creativity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Education, or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in teaching culinary skills, preferably in an NGO or educational setting.
• Strong teaching and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• Understanding of the needs of young men and women from disadvantaged backgrounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.
